At this point in time, I would like to apologize for yet another bullshit rant, and I'm sure that everyone would be better off if I just shut the fuck up, but I digress...

Personally, I am not a racist. I base my opinions off of indivuals, and will almost never judge people as a group.
BUT. There are other people, of all races and lifestyles, who seem to believe that some people are just "better" than others. And in some ways, I agree. Due to genetics or environment, some people can be naturally "better" at some things. Anyways, today one of my friends said (only half jokingly) that only black people would survive a "zombie apocalypse". And then he went on to say that black people are stronger, faster, can jump higher, and fuck better than anyone else. Now, some important things to note about this person is that they believe that they are 1/4th "jamaican", (Which really could mean just about ANYTHING, considering that british, spanish, portugese, native south americans, black slaves, etc... have lived there. I'm guessing that he is thinking of the stereotypical black "rasta man".) and that if they can't win an argument, they say that they are going to leave and go meet new people, only to return 5 minutes later with a stick up their ass. Also they are VERY caucasian. Now don't get the wrong idea that I don't like them, because incidentally enough, they are only ever really like this at school. ANYWAYS, I couldn't sway them from their incredibly stubborn view of black ubermensch, and so I gave up. Today I looked up black supremacism and this little jewel came up:

So apparently it looks like my moral standards have been wrong this entire time. Hard work, determination, and perserverance don't make someone good at something, because melanin (which is obviously proven to be the root of all justice, purity, goodness, and fucking awesome sauce) does it for them. But as our good friend admiral ackbar would say...

Glyph Wars episode VI: It's a trap! (Actually about rascism) Its_a_trap

Needless to point out, most of the previous paragraph was SARCASM. Whoever wrote this on the link I posted is an IDIOT who can't spell half the time, and who doesn't now what the hell that they are talking about. Melanin does NOT increase one's understanding of god! Melanin does not influence culture! (At least not directly. Rascism due to amounts of melatonin in the skin has produced its own offshoots.) So I suppose, that the main point I am trying to get across here would be that some people, be they Nordic or Asiatic, European or Afro-American, are just plain out STUPID. Or am I just fulfilling the rascist stereotypes that this gentlemen pointed out? Am I being the rascist, bigot, asshole I hope I'm not? Am I being the kind of guy who disregards other ideas because they make me feel inferior? What do you guys think?

My thoughts are simply this. Be good to me, I'll be good to you regardless of any characteristic. Turn your back on me when you are among those of like "characteristic" because of my "characteristic" and I will simply be done with you.

Allow me to say that I don't owe anyone a god damned thing when it comes to events that occurred in the past. I am not responsible for what has taken place, and will not be held responsible.

If you hate me for my characteristic and wish to impose your beliefs on me, then don't be surprised when I throw a remark, stereotypical or not right back at you. We all have the right to defend ourself.

Sadly, these things make me racist by todays standards. There used to be an old joke that went around, that said I am not racist, I hate everyone equally. I don't believe it to be a joke, except I would replace hate with love and vise versa based on the placement of where I am.

Allow me to make an observation on african americans that were in my highschool. These were the ones that held themselves to a higher standard, that seemed to think that we white people owed them for the trials and tribulations placed upon their ancestors. As such, I held no hard feelings toward them, unless they tried to take a shot at me. I merely held no association with them. And, I feel that I am not in the wrong for doing so.

As such, I did place a label on them as less than desirable to associate with and as such by todays standards I am a racist.

The golden rule is a thing of the past now. Now a day's its you scratch my back and I'll scratch mine.

It is very annoying when people think that other people should treat them with more respect than the next person, simply becuase of something that not only happened in the past, but didn't even happen to them at all. In fact, people who try and garner grudging respect by salting old wounds are just as much a part of the problem as the people who started it in the first place. They are instigators who feel that the world is against them. Also, its interesting to note that people would take more offense from me saying "nigger", than they would "jew", or another racial term: "ginger". Also its funny how hipocritically backwards people can be about things like this. For some reason, it's okay for a man of african descent to use the term "nigger", because he's black. He can also use slang words for white people, such as "cracker". But in my school, if I were to say the word "nigger", I could potentially be suspended. The other weird thing about that, is that only one out of every 250 or so students at my school would fit the racial definition to be offended in any way. Modern American society tries so hard to be politically correct in almost everyway, but actual rascism hasn't really decreased at all. My father knows at least 10 words for every kind of racial stereotype that there is. He's not rascist, it's just the time period in which he grew up. To actually prejudge someone, or to make predictions about them due to their ethnicity makes a person a, as Red would say:

Glyph's hypothesis of global dumbass:
1: There will always be dumbasses
2: Dumbasses will be dumb
3: Failing to acknowledge the obvious, dumbasses will make assumptions, which are almost without exception: WRONG

However, there is one important caveat to remember. Stereotypes have to originate from somewhere, and more than often enough, people will fit into some kind of stereotype. Also, it is not wrong to associate people with an organization. For example, people in the BNP (British National Party, basically a group of neo-nazi's who want Britain to be white.), could generally be summed up as intolerant rascists. As with everything, there could be exceptions to this stereotype, for example, people who may be interested in the party simply due to it's political policies. Making assumptions about someone due to their behavior isn't wrong either.
