Checking in

Evenin' folks. At least here it is anyway.

As I figured, things have been relatively quiet on the MH front as of late as we all know, save for bits and pieces of info here and there on MH3G and practically no info on MH4.

What's everyone been up to lately save for the RP on here and whatnot? I've more or less immersed myself in a few different games lately just to have something to do with spare time outside of work. Yep, social life is rather droll. Sadly, even with close friends as well. Everybody just seems to be in a lull. I met a gal, and she ended up being one of those "I just need a shoulder to cry on until I find someone new to treat me like shit" kinda gals. I think they are drawn to me.

Dark Souls kept my attention pretty steadily for a little over a month, but I am currently giving it a rest as I completed it not too long ago. Lot's of cheapness that game throws at ya, bullshit and otherwise, but it is fun. I honestly think there were parts of it's predecessor, Demon's Souls that were much harder to deal with. Capcom needs to seriously get some inspiration from these games, as I could imagine a Monster Hunter game that looked that awesome. They just don't want to render all those suits of armor again.

Arkham City is what I am currently playing, and if you are a fan of Batman it is a great game. Even if you don't care much about Batman it is definitely a game worth picking up from the sheer amount of stuff you get to do on it, lots of variety makes for a pretty sweet and graphically impressive game.

Outside of that things have been pretty blah. Nothing new to report really!

Winter break's coming up soon for me, hoping to get back in touch with you during that time. :-)
