Whodunit 2
It was some time afternoon, and a foggy mist filled the air. Gray clouds were in the sky, drizzling down rain, though light still pervaded.
A sizable ship was making its way through the forest by a river, propelled by several paddles jutting out its sides. The constant yelling of a man on the upper deck could be heard, directing the blind oarsmen at the lowest level.
The ship was transporting supplies to and from an island, as well as dropping off a few guests.
A light could be seen in the distance, elevated a few stories, marking the island. Soon the island itself and the buildings on it became visible.
The captain could be heard shouting through the intercom system (a series of pipes), that ship was now docking. And so it did, and once done the sailors began carrying out supplies.
A man and a woman could be seen on the shore, both looking well past their prime, holding clipboards. They followed the sailors into the apparent warehouse of the island.

Inlaid gathered up his things and followed the sailors. He seemed relieved to be on dry land once again.

"Come drop that over here." The woman said to the sailors, directing towards an open area inside the warehouse. As the sailors put down their crates, she read their labels and wrote stuff on her clip board.
"Come take these here." The man said as the newly empty handed sailors passed, referring to an organized pile of crates. Like the woman, he wrote on his clipboard as the boxes were carried out.
"Go find the Melynx inside, he'll show you to your rooms." The woman called to those who weren't sailors, quickly resuming her business.

I'm gonna give Star Lady a couple of days to return before I figure out what I'm gonna do with this RPG. By Wednesday I'll make the call.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

Re: Whodunit 2
I hardly seem to miss much when I'm AWOL. I hardly get a chance to get on, but I should be able to at least once a day.
And if one more person leaves this RP for any reason, I'm going to start thinking it's cursed.

Re: Whodunit 2
Alright, so I'm gonna call off this whodunit, and the 'project' in general.
Overall, I think my motivation to run a whodunit ran out, for various reasons, but I won't bore you with my complaining.
I'm also gonna try to start a new RPG, and it'd probably be better for it's quality to focus on that. (I'll get around to posting that momentarily.)
I'll go through the evidence before revealing the killer.
Kibagami was alone outside for awhile.
However, he left no water stains on the windows or floor, and went to the downstairs bathroom.
Glyph never went to the bathroom in general, so he wasn't very suspicious.
Rekee, Sunfish, Star and Blaster all went to the upstairs bathroom (the latter of which I botted specifically to make him suspect).
Bits of candle wax were by the bedside.
A candle tray was on the night stand, and a couple of candle stands on the desk.
The bruises on Mr. Anderson's head were longer than wide, matching up with the bottom of the candle stand.
Some of the bruises were further back on Mr. Anderson's head, suggesting a bit of reach, or height.
However, there's some indents in the carpet offset from the chair in the room, suggesting that it was moved.
Inside the closet cabinet, the dust around the jewelry box doesn't match up.
Jewelry is found under Blaster's bed.
Blaster also left the room for no given reason. (He wanted to check Rekee's chest, and make a map of the island. He didn't open a booby trapped box inside though, or find the hidden bottom.)
One of the candle stands has been completely wiped of fingerprints.
The blood would have had to have been wiped off or washed off.
No blood would be found anywhere (anyone's clothes, under the blankets, etc.). The blood bleeding from Mr. Anderson matches up perfectly with what's on the pillow, nothing extra.
So it would have to be someone who used the water in the bathroom, leaving Rekee, Sunfish, and Star. Rekee was more or less debunked by being framed though.
That leaves Star and Sunfish.
I was kind of hoping that future murders would present more evidence.
But anyway, the murderer is...
Star actually kind of incriminated herself by slipping away the diary. She also just happened to take a bath, as did Rekee (or wash his face).
If there's any questions or the like, feel free to ask.
Other comments or constructive criticism are fine too.
Something that I didn't like was that there was not enough solid evidence to really convict someone. There was the possibility of "did it while everyone was asleep," or "Rekee moved the chair to make it look like he was framed," to name a couple.
There also wasn't really enough false evidence.
This time around, I told Sunfish to just try and murder the guy however he wanted, and I would help him make it happen.
If I were to do something like this again, I would probably start off after the murder, and tell the murderer "this is how you did it," so I could make up all the evidence myself.
When making evidence for this, I basically had to look at every little thing he touched and practically god mod evidence out of it.

it's more fun as the murderer if you get to plan out every detail.
