Items: A few canteens (water). Desert Fenrir Motorcycle(If Allowed since he doesn’t use a backpack and the bike would be his storage/transportation), Desert and City assassin camo night vision goggles, and binoculars and the antidotes for the poisons.
Weapon:High powered poison dart Rifle with 4 types of poison(One that kills in minutes, One that kills in hours to days, one that drives the victim insane, and one that incapacitates) and interchangable night vision scope, and martial arts.
Back story: Well known assassin known for his Ice white hair. Master sniper and Muy Thai practitioner. He has no living relatives. Was contracted to kill a public official in the city/desert

It's not too late to join. I would personally discourage the bike, most transport is public if you're in the city (you are), while intercity transport is hired, (if you've got the money) or by foot. The rest is good, but seeing as that we're starting out with n00b characters, his rep isn't going to be that high. For the actual RP, he would probably be in the slums looking for information on the target, buying some black market poisons (pricey), etc... Just make something up. Also, take care not to use up too many of those darts, I'll assume that you've got about 3-4 of each, and those things are NOT cheap.
